1st Customer Review : Excellent product, excellent customer service.
Originally my order was sent to the incorrect address. Then when I contacted the vendor they sent it out again, but (not due to their error) again to the incorrect address. I contacted them and inquired about the address and it was discovered that it was being sent to the wrong place. They sent out two packages to cover our inconvenience. I am very, very pleased with the product and the customer service.

Haven't used it long enough to make a informed rating, but I thing I've noticed is that because of the finer filteration media (being washable) it does make the vac labor more, but I suspect that it also does a better job of filteration.
