1st Customer Review : Not what i expected...
I purchased this to go along with my new Hoover SteamVac. I have two boys and a dog, so things happen. I thought this would be a great spot cleaner for heavily soiled areas. The problem is there isn't enough power to actually scrub. The torque generated that turns the head is not enough to allow you to use any pressure whatsoever in cleaning. The head that comes with the SteamVac is actually better suited to handle spot cleaning. This head is bulky and does not help much at all.

I purchased this for upholstery cleaning and small carpet stains...I was quite surprised at the strangth of the spin, the more suction creatted at the stain source the faster the cleaning bristles move...WORKS GREAT!
3rd Customer Review : GOOD FOR UPHOLSTERY AND STAIRS
I bought this for my stairs and my microfiber couch. Incidentally I spilled liquid make up on my hallway carpet while waiting for it to arrive. This works really well, especially on my couch because it doesn't leave rings. Cleans the stairs well.Still a headache for my husband to hold the carpet cleaner as I go down the stairs..maybe one day I'll invest in a portable one.
