2nd Customer Review : Good vacuum but very heavy and cumbersome
Overall, I really like this vacuum.

The design is spaceaged and modern looking. The orange color is a nice change. There is a cool LED light that serves no function but it looks pretty.

The attachments all fit onto the vacuum and do not fall off when stored...this is always a plus for me. The cord does not retract but the way the machine is designed, it is easy to wind up and looks tidier than most vacuums. I actually didn't mind the non-retracting cord because it is so easy to wind it up on this maching.

The controls/buttons aren't intuitive...or at least not intuitive for me. It took some time to get used to them. Once I did, I was fine. I had an especially hard time with the "power" button and the botton to eject the canister.

The vacuum itself is pretty heavy. Although I love the attachments, I would never want to use them on stairs if it involved hositing the vacuum up as I went. Really, not for anyone who has back, shoulder or...
3rd Customer Review : A toy, nothing more than a toy.
My grandmother had an Electrolux canister vacuum that was old when I was new. 15 years ago, she replaced it with a newer Electrolux canister, which is still in use to this day, quiet and powerful, sturdy and strong. The Electrolux has actually lasted several years long than Grandma did, Bless her, and it's still going strong.

When my father-in-law gave us an Electrolux upright for Christmas 2012, I was thrilled, really excited. Electrolux has never built a bad vacuum, right? Electrolux is the parent company of many brands, including Husqvarna chainsaws, and some of those are just rebranded cheapy Poulans, but they'd never build a crappy vacuum cleaner, they wouldn't dare. Crappy chainsaws are one thing, but when you've built your brand on high-quality, durable vacuum cleaners, you wouldn't dare build a crummy one and charge three hundred dollars for it, would you?
